For a Special Wizard Quick CardCompleted by Craft D Cards

For this card I cut a frame from some patterned paper showing owls. I cut a Happy Birthday from the frame and added some starred card behind and an oval cut out and added a picture of a snowy owl (Harry's bird). I then decoupaged Harry, the Gryffindor crest and his wizards hat up once. The hat has a sentiment of ''For a special Wizard''.

This card measures 200mm x 200mm (approx 8'' sq) and would be suitable for a Harry Potter fan.
