This is a great birthday card for fans of steampunk and for males.

The photo doesn't do the 3D effect justice, I'm afraid!

I printed the design onto glossy photo paper. I attached the decoupage elements using 1mm foam squares. Before I attached the sentiment though, I punched a hole in one corner and added a brad that looks like a (see detail photo). I finally matted the completed topper onto a light brown craft paper card base.
