used A4 white card, printed picture on photo paper, cut all pieces out, place main picture onto the card with stick and stay spray red top, next layer I cut the dark red of that's going around the picture and replaced with dark red mirror card cut round placed on card with d/sided sticky pads, put happy birthday on with sticky pads and bow, put three white stone in corners, and glitter.
