I printed the design onto glossy photo paper, attached it to backing paper using DS tape and then added both layers to the card with DS tape.

Finished the design with a Happy Birthday tag and some cute little bumble bees I had in my craft staff to give it a 3D element.

Lovely cute design that lends itself to several occasions, you could easily add a number (that comes with the design) to the balloon for an age specific card.

I have a soft spot for Pooh bear so loved making this card.
