I printed the sheet onto A5 size matte photo paper because I wanted a smaller card. I cut out the pieces, mounted the main image onto an A6 card and added the layers using sticky pads.
The caption could read Birthday Boy if you prefer. Just let me know.

Printed onto smooth card and cut out the pieces, then I added the main image to a card blank. I used foam pads for the layers lastly added some car candy.
