The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a black polka dot card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used one of the greetings and put the decoupage controllers to each side for decoration. I used card candy to finish.
