I took a textured blue A4 card, scored and folded it one third the way across. I then added a Congratulations backing paper to the back section of the card. Then two silver holographic peel offs were added to the front of the card.
The main topper was layered on to blue mirri, then foam pads, then silver matt and finally silver mirri, this was attached to the card with double sided tape, fixing the topper only by half.
The remaining decoupage was added using foam pads and I finished off by putting glossy accents on the little dogs eyes and nose.
