Cut out the components that you want to use with either a carft knife or scissors.

Then as the main image is a large square I use a blue ink pad to highlight the edges of the main image and then stuck it to the base card.

I then layered the decoupage layer by layer using 1mm foam pads, you could use thicker pads or even silicon glue if preferred.

Once all the layers are on I added a few extra touches with stickles glitter glue on the dragonfly wings, leaf middle of the flower and a few spots around the card.

When making the card you can add as much extra embellishments as you want or just keep it as simple as you want. The card will speak for itself.
