Blue Framed Flutter Trails

I copied to matt photo paper cut out all the elements used d.s.t. to matt to silver card and d.s.foam strip to mount all the decoupage.

I added rhinestones to the butterflies of various sizes, large ones in the two corners.

Happy birthday in silver glitter peel-off and boarders in silver peel-offs. Punched the tag and added blue bow. This card can be used for a variety of reasons, get well, sympathy, congrats really all catagories. It is a beautiful image.
