I secured the base image onto a white card blank rounding the edges to match the image. I then built up the decoupage elements with silicon glue and added one of the supplied sentiments.

To complete I inked the edges of the card blank with pink ink, used some glossy accents on Ellie's eyes and glitter glue on the candle flames.
