Tuxedo says Do not Forget! this time he wants to remind someone to have a Purrfect Birthday...bless him!. Nice and easy to make, simply cut out and layer up the face parts and message with either silicone gel or sticky foam pads.
You can also use this for other events by not using the anniversary layer, just add your own message instead.

Printed onto lightweight card then cut out. Mounted base image onto black card using DST. Added decoupage elements using 2mm foam pads. Finished wit clear gems in corners.
