It's a Boy!Completed by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a square card. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I cut out the centre of the design and layered paper Baby Blue Background, cUp 181849_719 behind the circle.

I then attached the bear to this backing paper using thin foam tape. I attached the design to the card using double side tape. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
