It's a Boy Baby Penguin Card Front

The main topper was mounted on to a silver pearl card and edged with silver peel offs. The little topper was layered first on to silver, then cracked ice mirri and attached to the card, the second layer and the text were added using foam pads.

I used a gloss gel pen on the eyes and water marks on the bottle.
