With this lovely design i used an A5 card, i then backed the card with a light blue tartan effect backing, i then added a gold chain border to the outsaide edges of the card.

I then cut the main framed baby picture, from the design backing, and placed it to the top of my card, i then built up the main picture adding a bow to the top left, i used 2mm sticky pads to give the picture some height, i added the bottle to the bottom of the card to finish.
