Happy Birthday Cupcake Card FrontCompleted by Sheila Horne

I chose this card for my granddaughters birthday. I cut out all elements and decopauged. I used a plain pink background, topped with polka dots and a doyley. Lastly I added some glitter for sparkle to the cakes and added some glitter letters for her name. She loved it!
