Printed it to make the base picture part of the base card. Cut out the decoupage pieces and went over the strings with silver glitter pen and the base of the strings with the appropriate colour glitter pen.

Also coloured the greeting with silver glitter pen.

Fixed the pieces on with foam pads and then added 3 fabric flowers at the bottom to add a bit of extra colour.
