Printed it off on a good text weight cardstock and cut out all the elements. I used a 5.5 x 5.5 card with a white on red polka dot paper, then the base page and layered each piece using silicone.

I used glossy accents on the stars and the mouse' eyes to give them some sparkle and used a clear star pen on the holly leaves..
