I printed twice on matte card, wet glued picture to a matching base card with the lattice work.

I cut away the outer frame on the second print and used as first layer the decoupage with foam squares, used a blue blended glitter on the edges of the picture, tags,and bow added matching gems and finished with Glossy Accents on the eyes.
