I am on a mission to finish my Christmas greeting card quota by last day in November as postage is very slow on the delivery end here in Australia.
This delightful pet pair will be # 8 and I have been making gift cards as I finish each main card, I will have my parcels under the tree all labelled.
I have used a silver fleur de lisle silver print as the main 24x12cm card and used a white 9.5x9.5cm and a green 11x11cm combination backing sheet all edged with a fine black line.
I have printed the sheet at the supplied size twice onto 200gsm photo paper.
I have used one image as the main backing sheet and wrapped the silver ribbon around the three backing sheets.
I have attached this to the card front and used the second sheet as decoupage over the ribbon area and attached the silver bow.
I have used the happy dog as part of the insert, which is a snowflake over print using an acetate template.
I have used D.S tape, white super-tac glue and D.S. padded tape to complete the card front and decoupage. My pet loving friend will love this card. Pamela Horton. The Whispering Platypus.
