Printed onto glossy photo paper, I cut out the decoupage added to the topper using foam pads. I attached to a silver card blank and added some gems to complete.

PRINTED THE ART WORK ONTO WHITE CARD STOCK. CUT A BLANK CARD TO FIT IT. I USED STICKY PADS TO PUT THE DECOUPAGE TOGETHER. I GLUED A BACKGROUND ON TO THE CARD. THEN THE DECOUPAGE ON TOP OF THAT.
I USED ALL BRANDS OF GLITTER TO ALSO CHANGE THE COLOR OF THINGS. I LINED ALL THE BORDERS WITH COPPER METALLIC PAPER
