I printed the image unto glossy photo paper twice Cut out the 2 main images and decoupage out of the second sheet.Lyered the main image unto red glitter card stock with 2mm foam pads, then the decoupage also with 2mm foam pads, Added peel offs,a bow gems in the center of poinsettias and some flower soft on the hats.
A great value for you get 2 cards for the price of 1. A lovely card to give to that special cat lover on your list.
