Vintage Kittens 1 Quick Card Completed by Susan Mehlbaum - IU Crafts

Resized card a little smaller to make it easier to make envelope. Printed on matte photo paper and cut out card topper and decoupage. Added decoupage with foam pads then attached topper to blank green card form. Design resizes perfectly and came out so cute!

Might add a touch of glitter around stocking and on poinsettias.
