Bells Will Ring

I printed twice on matte card, I wet glued the first picture to a matching base card with the sentiment.

I cut away the outer frame from the second print and used as decoupage using foam squares.

I used Gold glitter on the edge of the picture outer frame and flower centers then finished with a thin gold ribbon bow.

I also made a small gift tag.
