I printed the sheet onto decoupage paper and cut out the elements. I mounted the main image onto a white card and used a white Sakura glaze pen to highlight the snow flakes and the wax runs on the candle.

I used a Sakura stardust pen to edge the lettering, and to highlight some of the snow flakes. I edged one side of the letters with a quickie glue pen and added pale blue glitter. Then I added Sakura glaze and blue glitter to some areas of the decoupage pieces before building up the layers.

Finally I stuck the tiny image onto the centre back of the card.
