What a wonderful way to celebrate Christmas and your German heritage! I printed 2 copies, and constructed the card using glue, scissors, foam tape, and a bit of glitter glue.

I cut the first card out, leaving the edge to attach the back to and made a back out of white cardstock.

These I glued together at that extra flap. Then I cut the second piece out around the white frame and used a craft knife to cut the center out in one piece.

I layered the frame and added a tiny touch of glitter glue to the holly and berries.

Then I used silver glitter glue to highlight the tops of the words in the tree. Inside I added some designer cardstock (mainly for strength,) used some of the trim from the outside and glued the second tree in place.
