Trim background paperof gold starsto fit A4 cardstock Attach image to background paper and add border and corners in gold around image.

Apply narrow strip of deckle edge card ribbon across bottom of card. Matt and Layer in corresponding colours of card a small sentiment tag, decorate with small peel offs and attach to middle of card ribbon.
