Printed onto Quality Photo Paper. I cut out the elements. Used DST to attach Topper to a red card. Used foam pads to attach sentiment to Bottom of card. Used Gold stick on edging around the card. To finish I used a little Diamond glitter on the Garland.
A very pretty design.
