The design was printed onto matte photo paper, matted to a gold patterned holographic card and attached to a red scalloped 8x8 cardblank with dst. stickles glitter was used to highlight the glasses and other details and red wink of stella on the corner flowers. I finished with a few red mini star gems, edged the greeting with stickles glitter and attached with thin foam.
