Print and decoupage onto quality glossy paper. Add glitter etc if desired. Trim and fit snowflake background paper leaving narrow border all around onto blue pearl cardstock. Attach image to card keeping more to the top of the card than in the middle.Add three small gems in blue ues down right hand side of image towards the top of the card.

Add small seasonal greeting to bottom of the card on the right hand side.

Using a nestabilities die, in pale turquoise glitter card attach blue and white paper punched flowers on top add small gem to centre of flower.

Wrap two colours of organza ribbon around backing paper at the top only.

Cross ribbon at the edge of the image at the bottom left of the card and attach glittered topper onto the top.Cut the ribbon ends but not to short, leave to overhang from card.
