Printed onto decoupage paper and cut out. Matted onto patterned paper and attached to an 8"x8" card blank. Decoupage added with glitter to hat trim and flowers and glossy accents to buttons and specs to highlight. Sentiments added.

A really lovely card with nice bright colours that is easy to make and very effective.
