I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri Card with d/s tape and then attached to a Blue card base, with d/s tape.
I added the decoupage layers with foam pads and added Red mini gems to the Holly on Mrs Frostie's hat.
To finish I added Glitter to all the Snow and the matching insert, with a Verse inside. A lovely fun Christmas card to give and receive.
