I printed off the design onto crafty Bob's premium photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some green cardstock then attached it to a square black embossed card blank.

I decoupaged the smaller elements using raised sticky foam pads then added glitter for decoration.
