I printed the design onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements...I matted and layered the main image onto cup356856_96 backing paper and mounted it onto white stock card...I added the decoupage using foam pads and to finish the card I added some little gems to the corners and some glitter...a beautiful design.
