used 8x8 scalloped edge card, printed 2 sheets on photo paper first sheet cut out place on gold mirror card trim place on card with d/sided tape, second sheet cut bubbles out place on card with silicone adhesive then cut the picture out oval place on card with d/sided tape, stickers and 3 blue gems and glitter.
