Printed onto matte photo paper 210gsm. Cut out topper and elements and secured topper to an 8 x 8 scalloped card with double sided tape. Added elements with foam pads for the 3D effect.

Then I used a red sparkle pen and outlined all the decorative items in the four corners. Then added some gemstones to finish off.
