I printed out the design onto Crafty Bob's premium matte photo paper. I cut out all of the elements and matte and layered the main bit of the design onto some blue card then attached it to an A5 white card blank.
The smaller pieces I decoupaged using silicone glue.

I cut out the images and attached to the topper using foam pads. I matted gold pearlescent card onto a blue card blank, added the topper and then finished with gems and peeloffs.
I made a small gift card with the smaller topper.
