OccasionI printed this lovely Christmas topper onto glossy photo paper and I attached to my cream scalloped card with dst, Once I hand cut out the elements I attached with silicone glue the 3 layers of decoupage to give the 3 d effect, I inserted the matching insert to the centre of the finished card.
