Will make a topper to fit an 8"x 8" card blank but can be made smaller in any graphic programme

Printed on matt photo paper and attached to white scalloped card. Built up image with foam pads and finished with glitter around frame and in centre of each snowflake. Soooooo Cute.
I resized and printed on Crafty Bob's matt photo paper and cut out the parts. I attached the main image to a 8x8 scalloped card with DST. I applied glossy accents and gold glamour dust to the halo. I decoupaged with silicone gel. I added the sentiment with foam tape.
I completed with gold Christmas bell corners. What a gorgeous Christmas design! So simple to craft and it looks adorable made up! There is a Peace on Earth label too.
I have also printed this out half size for a smaller card, which I also wanted to photograph, but I will do it once I can to use both hands again!!(just had a hand op -so I'm out of action for card making -can just about manage to tap out the descrption!) I shall be using this design for lots of the younger members of my family for Christmas.
