Lovely Christmas Wishes in a Oval Frame Completed by Brenda Scott

I resized then printed 2 copies to have some decoupage pieces. Printed all glossy photo paper. Cut pieces out and layered the decoupage with 2 mm foam pads,added peel offs around edges with corner peel offs, then added 2mm gems around the oval and a white pearl on the bow.
