Merry Christmas Greetings to YouCompleted by Susan Heanes

I matted the base layer onto Silver Mirri card with d/s tape and layered this onto a Blue Card Base.

I then added the decoupage layers with foam pads and matted the Greeting Tag onto Silver Mirri with foam tape and added to the top of the card.

To finish I added Blue Gems, Glitter and a Silver Ribbon at the side. The back of the card is finished with a small Matching topper and Handmade. Inside there will be the Matching insert with a choice of Verse or Matching insert, without a Verse. You can comment which Insert you would like inside your card.
