I printed this design on to white card and cut out all the elements, I placed the main picture on to a white 8/8 square card and added down each side a blue boader, I added the rest of the elements and to the center of the flowers I added a small gold gem,

I added some bigger gold gems to the bells and a green gem to his eye, I then added the greeting to finish off the card..
