I printed off the design onto crafty bob's premium matt photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I scored an A4 sheet of card at about 4" and folded then I attached a bit of red card onto the front of it.

I then matt and layered the main bit of the design onto white card and attached this to the front of the card blank.

The smaller bit of the design was added using raised sticky foam pads. The smaller elements were decoupaged on using silicone glue. I added some sparkle to the front for decoration.
