I printed on to white 200 gsm card and cut out twice. I used the second print out to cut the wreath out and decoupage on to the main topper. I layered everything on to mirror card and patterned card before gluing to a card blank.
I finished with glitter glue, gems and a bow. A gorgeous topper!
