The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a red pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of matt gold card. I layered up the decoupage using Pinflair glue gel.
I used a wide Christmas ribbon, Stickles crystal glitter glue, a snowman embellishment and glitter spray to decorate.
