With this design after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base in the centre of a cream C5 card, then added a dark blue border all round the outside edges of the card, to finish i made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads, to give some height, this is a terrific design was very easy to cut and make up and is very effective when done.
