Brownie. Standing at an average of 15cm these benevelant creatures inhabit farmhouses and homes situated close to wooded areas where they carry out small chores such as dusting in the dead of night whilst everybody sleeps. All they expect in return is some cakes, milk or honey. To attempt to rename or pay a brownie for its deeds could force it to leave and never return and to exploit or insult them runs the risk of one becoming a boggart which are most unpleasant.
