Taking the printed image I carefully cut out the individual pieces and inked the edges appropriately. I then took an A4 linen effect pink card and created an A5 card blank on to which the main image was stuck with the individuals stacked using white foam pads.

I selected the Happy Birthday and Someone Special greetings and added these using foam pads also. A stunning card easily done.
