I put the design sheet in my Print Master to create a card from. I added some bows and cones to a couple corners and the old fashioned farmhouse scene to the center, It came from a royalty free site.

I love the way the colors blended and I love the old fashioned look to the card. The only 3D was just the cones, as I felt deco would take away from the design rather than improve it.

I made the inserts with the same theme, wee below for picture of inserts. I use only photo paer and s gel for my cards.
