I printed off the design onto Crafty Bob's premium gloss photo paper then cut out all of the pieces. I matte and layered the main bit of the design onto white then pink and lavender glitter card. This I attached to an 8" x 8" square white card blank.

The smaller elements were decoupaged using silicone glue I added some gems and die cuts for decoration.
