Belle Fleur

A beautiful floral card front or topper . The base layer is a cool pale lilac newsprint whilst the top layer is a flower study and is over layed with the large bell flowers and a tonal butterfly. A ribbon and gem complete the embellishments. There is an ornate sentiment plaque included. Decoupage is included for layering up.
